I have used Coles for Fires several times now and my view is that they provide a great service and really care about what they do for their customers. They came yesterday to complete some remedial work on my old wood burner and the service was excellent. I have also used their sweep service, which again, was superb. Both of my wood burners have tricky access and other sweeps have refused to do the work, whilst charging me for the call out! It was no trouble for Coles. Thank you so much!
