Salesman came and assessed our options for a wood burner. They had a wealth of knowledge and came up with good ideas we hadn’t thought of. This led to us making the decision to buy a modern looking wood burner that was much more economical than our old one. The fitting team arrived I served them coffee and they cracked on after sheeting up our living door in full protection. 3 hrs later we had a lovely new fire. I’ve used Coles Fires for the second time now, and once again I couldn’t be happier with the service and the end result. They are such a professional, friendly and reliable team.

Both times my fireplace has been fitted beautifully, but this time I went for the full marble effect and it looks absolutely stunning. The quality, attention to detail and finish are amazing.

The office team are also fantastic. I had a deadline to get my order placed and, even though there was an issue with the card machine, they were so accommodating and worked with me to make sure everything was sorted. I really appreciated how helpful and understanding they were.

What a fantastic company this is - they provide an excellent service. From first discussion in the showroom, where we were given excellent advice and guidance on wood burning stoves, to the surveyor’s visit who made recommendations on the type of stove we would need, the detailed quote through to installation, we could not have asked for better service. Good communication throughout the process meant everything ran smoothly. Carl and Josh, our fitters on the day, were absolutely superb - so helpful with their suggestions on how to make the fireplace look better, the professional approach to fitting the wood burner and they were so tidy and thoughtful. Lee, the plasterer, completed the project again with excellent and tidy work. Highly recommended.
