Following the excellent job done in replacing our previous fire, surround and hearth Coles built a new platform for our gas cylinders. The original quote was for £500 but the actual work required was, ultimately, less than originally envisaged. When I queried this with Coles a reduction of £180 was agreed without any “quibbles”. Another example of excellent customer service! Having taken time to research options, I chose the Team that I thought would manage the Installation well, and I made the right choice. Mick gave me plenty of confidence with his knowledge and experience in the Showroom and on the Survey, and Sam in the Office was brilliant with her communication and keeping in touch. Matt and Paul were second to none with the Installation....I cannot praise them enough. A tidy and professional job, completed with recycled materials, all in keeping with a character property. James and Lewis did not take a break until the fire was fully fitted and the room was left clean and tidy again. We were delighted with our choice of both fire and company: though this is our second purchase , so we were confident! We chose a fire that would meet our needs and suited the decor in our lounge.
